Andorra

Andorra is the sixth smallest nation in Europe and is located between France and Spain. It has a thriving tourist trade aided by the country’s summer and winter resorts and is the favored skiing and snowboarding distination for many Europeans. In summer many mountains and lakes attract hikers. For the less adventerous visitors, the country offers duty free shopping, golf courses and a landscape scattered with historic buildings in the romanesque architectual style. The capital's two iconic landmarks are: the 11th century Saint Stephen and 9th century Santa Coloma churchs. Despite its size, Andorra competes on a national level at Basketball, Football (soccer), Ice hockey and Tennis.
